Volmaak Shipping Policy
At Volmaak we aim to ensure that your jewellery and accessories are delivered safely, efficiently and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days.
During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
1.2 Handmade & Custom Pieces
Most items are handcrafted and made to order. These may require additional time to prepare.
Estimated lead times for these products are 10 - 15 working days when out of stock.
2. Shipping Options
2.1 Standard Courier Delivery
We ship nationwide within South Africa using reliable door-to-door courier services like The courier Guy.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on your location.
2.2 Express Shipping
If the item/items are in stock express shipping will be offered at checkout. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days in major cities. Please contact us to make sure the items are in stock, admin@volmaak.co.za
2.3 Outlying Areas
Deliveries to rural or outlying areas may take additional time, typically between 5–7 working days. Kindly contact the shipping provider for more accurate lead times.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Responsibility
5.1 Accurate Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Volmaak is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to:

Absence at the delivery location
5.2 Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for safe delivery lies with the courier company.
If your parcel is lost or stolen during transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Volmaak ships within South Africa only.
If international shipping is required kindly send the request through to admin@volmaak.co.za
7. Pre-Orders & Restock Items
If you purchase a pre-order or out of stock item, shipping will occur when you place your order. We will cover any of the extra courier cost within South Africa.
