Volmaak Refund & Returns Policy
At Volmaak, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Period
1.1 Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

In their original packaging

In resaleable condition
A 15% restocking and administrative fee applies to all non-defective returns.
1.2 Defective Returns
If your product is found to be defective within the 6-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Defective items must be returned as soon as the defect is discovered to qualify for assessment.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds (where applicable) are issued for the original purchase amount, minus the 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during checkout.
2.2 Refund Timeframe
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days, provided the item meets all conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

An incorrect item was received
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Volmaak cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
General Sales & Clearance Sales Policy
1. Refund Policy – Sale Items
For sale events (including Black Friday, seasonal promotions, and general discounted items), returns for a refund are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product.
After 7 days, returns will qualify for store credit only.
2. Returns for Defective Items
Defective or faulty sale items may be returned at no cost.
Within the 6-month warranty period, Volmaak will:

Replace, or

Refund the item (for confirmed defects only).
This applies strictly to defective items under warranty guidelines.
3. Condition of Return
All returned items must be:

In the same condition as received
Items showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
4. Non-Defective Returns on Sale Items
For non-defective sale items returned after 7 days, customers will receive store credit for the value of the item, minus a 15% restocking and administrative fee.
Items must still be in unused, resaleable condition.
5. Promotional Periods
During promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, clearance sales, limited-time offers):

Returns after 7 days will be eligible for store credit only, not refunds.

6. Non-Transferable Store Credit
Store credit is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
